Terms of Service
Last updated September 8, 2026
These are the ground rules for using CourseSense. They are written to be read, not skimmed, so they are short and in plain English.
Using CourseSense
By using the CourseSense website or app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use CourseSense. You need to be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to create an account or book a tee time.
Your account
Keep your login details private and let us know if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Give us accurate information so courses can reach you about your bookings.
Tee times and bookings
CourseSense shows availability and prices from the courses we work with. The course sets its own rates, cancellation rules, and dress code, and your booking is ultimately with the course. We will show you those rules before you confirm.
While CourseSense is in preview, bookings are demonstrations only and no payment is taken. We will make it clear when real bookings are turned on.
AI Caddie and GPS yardages
Club suggestions, yardages, and course conditions are there to help you plan, not to replace your own judgment. Distances come from map data and the location reported by your device, and they can be off by several yards. Always check your surroundings and play safely.
Reviews and other content you post
You own what you write. By posting a review or other content you give us permission to show it on CourseSense and to edit it for length or clarity. Keep reviews honest and based on your own experience. We may remove content that is misleading, abusive, or unrelated to the course.
Things you agree not to do
Do not use CourseSense to break the law, to scrape or copy our data, to book tee times you do not intend to use, or to interfere with the service or other players. Do not try to access accounts or systems that are not yours.
Our responsibility to you
We work hard to keep CourseSense accurate and available, but we provide it as is and cannot promise it will always be error-free. To the extent the law allows, CourseSense is not responsible for losses that come from relying on course information, missed tee times, or events at a course. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law says we cannot limit.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as CourseSense grows. When we do, we will change the date at the top, and continuing to use CourseSense after that means you accept the new terms. Contact details for questions about these terms will be added before public launch.
